drop-release command

« ditz project page

there should be a command for removing a release. it should do something intelligent with issues assigned to that release, if any.

It might be nice to have these three options when deleting a release with issues: --delete-issues --unassign-issues --assign-to (ditz would list other releases and ask for which one). Matt
